POHANGINA SPORTS
The 1.4-th annual St. Patrick's Pay athletic meeiing of the -Poiiangina Valley Sports' Association is to bo held in the local Domain ground on March 20. Mr V. Ca-lle-on is the Club's Patron, Mr O. IS 1 . Co wen is President, ulr J. Fisher is non. Secretary, and Mr J. Collingwood (of Feilding) is the principal handicapper. There is a list of 20 events on me programme, and besides these there will bo a tug-of-war, weight-guessing contests, and races for children. A- dance in 'he Town Hall follows the sports nicer Ing.
