(Received December 22, 5.5 a.m.) Athens, December 21. One Cretan deputy who hau surreptitiously reached Athens, was rcshipped to Crete. Meanwhile a hubbub arose in Crete over tho action of ■a French cruiser in stopping a Greek steamer with Cretan deputies aboard. Colonel Lapathiotis, for instigating a movement m the interests of Crete was banished to Corfu for two months'' imprisonment.
