[It 'was only in 1909 that the. last Revolution upset affairs in Nicaragua, the revolutionaries being led by General Estrada, who finally defeated President Zelaya, and was proclaimed provisional President. 'America sent warships to Nicaraua on hearing that two Americans, .who were caught fighting with the rebels, had been executed by Zelaya.]
