Sn ? aiU MnMil a "°* X he toll °™g -c an extract ot tk finding 0 f the Court ■_ Th.s Court doth adjudge and order tnat an injunction be awarded reetraming the Defendants and each and every of them their and each of their respective servants agents and workmeu during the continuance of tho Letters Patent granted to the I lauitifl and any extension of the term thereof from using or exercising or causing or permitting to be used and exercised the invention described in the specification and drawings filed with the said Letters Patent and from manufacturing selling letting for hire disposing or making any profitable use or promoting or being engaged or interested in the manufacture sale letting for hire disposal or profitable use ot any pneumatic milking apparatus not made by the plaintiff or hie licensees and having anplied thereto ' the principle of air admission in the manner described and for tho -urppses mentioned in the said specification or so constructed as to allow of air admission for the purposes of facilitating the travel of the milk from the cow to the receiver or differinc** from such pneumatic milking appara° bus only colorably and by the substitution of mere mechanical equivalents or from in any manner infringing the •rights and privileges granted to the plaintiff by the said Letters Patent. And further that the Defendant Alexander Smaill the Younger to deliver up on oath to the Plaintiff or destroy or otherwise render unfit for use all pneumatic milking apparatus manufactured or let for hire by or by the order or for the use of the said Defendant in infringement of the said Letters Patent as aforesaid which are in the possession custody or power of the said Defendant or of his servants or agents or under his or their controll."
