THE BUNNYTHORPE SPORTS.
The second annual meeting of the Buiniythorpe Sports Club will be held in tlie local Domain on Wednesday, January 10, 1912. A first-class programme of .running and cycling events (26 in number) has been drawn up, each event being 'liberally endowed with prize-money. The chief event is the Bnunytkorpe Handicap, three distances, 100 yds, 220 yds, and 440vds. Points prims will bo awarded in'the .buiniythorpe' Handicap and tho cycle events. The handicapping has been entrusted to Mr J. Collingwood (of Feilding), aud Mr I. J. Fake will be the starter. Nominations close with Mr W. B. Duthie, hon. secretary, at Buiniythorpe, on Tuesday, January 2. Refreshments will be provided, arid a band will be in attendance. A social and dance will be held in the Town Hall in the evening.
