London, Dec. 1.3. The Hon. Winston Churchill, replying to Mr Hunt, the Unionist member tor Ludlow, said the supply of service ammunition was never below OS per cent, of -the full, outfit, or the supply of coal below two-thirds of the ful supply, and the fleet was at all times ready for action.
