SEDITION.
FINDING ARMS IN INDIA. BY ELEOTHIO TELEGRAPH —COPrRIOHI PBS PBSSa ASSOCIATION. (.Received Sept. 14, 9.45 a.m.) Bombay, Sept. 13. Since Saturday, a quantity of arms, ammunition, and bombs have been found at Dacca, Rangoon, and Purulia. Renter's correspondent reports that Savarkar, the Indian law student "who was extradited from England on a charge of sedition, has been brought to Bombay from Nasik. His trial begins this week.
