The Rev. D. C. Bates, Government Meteorologist, telegraphs to-day : — Westerly moderate to strong winds, veering probably to southerly, moderate to strong, after sixteen' hours. Heather probably cool and changeable, with rain probable. Indications for cold night. Glass little movement, but glass rise after sixteen hours.
