PER PRESS ASSOCIATION. (Received March 15, 10.5 a.m.) Sydney, March 15. An attempt was made to de-rail a train at Katoomba to which the Chief Commissioner's car was attached. Heaps of stones, which were placed on the line, caused the engine to partially leave the rails. The Commissioner was not on board at the time.
