Competitors' attention is drawn to the following Rules and Regulations:— & Nominations for Events 4, 5, 6 and 7 must be in the hands of the Secretary not later than SATURDAY, February 26, and must be accompanied with nomination fees as above other events post entry. Competitors are requested to send postal notes, not stamps. Nominations must be accompanied with a statement of the last two years performances, also dates and localities of same. Each competitor must state his handicap and position i of race ' otherwise he will bo liable to diqualification. Any competitor found guilty of sending false performances, running under an assumed name, or practising fraud shall 3e disqualified for life. The Committee reserve.the right to require any competitor, either before or after any event, to make a declaration as to his identity and the correctness of the description of Ms performances. The Committee may disqualify any competitor, either before or after any event, who shall refuse to make the required declaration, and he shall not be entitled to claim any prize.
