NOTICES OF MOTION AT

PALMERSTON

The following motions have bee tabled for Saturday's meeting-.—

Mr J. M. Johnston to move: "To rescind the resolution of the Committee, December 7, 1909, that the grounds be offered to the Military Tournament Committee on a basis of 10 per cent, of gate and stand sales.'' Mr J. M. Johnston to move:"That a reply be sent to the Half-holiday Association that this Committee regret that to issue passes as desired at the.front gates would result in a financial loss to the Association, which they are not in a position to stand, and which would not be- desirable from a business point of view; and also to point out that tho gate entrance fee is only ls, and that no passes are issued by any other A. and P.' Associations.'''

Mr H. Gillies to niovo: "'(1) To rescind the resolution fixing present style of ladies' tickets. (2) That ladies' tickets be issued to each member for the Dairy Show as at present, and for the Spring Show, two tickets similar to that used in 1906, excepting that the ladies' Spring) Show tickets be arranged, for clipping at stands, and passes issued same as for members " —Seconder, Mr J. Balsillie.
