There is a proposal in Rtfuigitikei to form a Union of the Rangitikei subunion. The sub-union declines to allow the Turakina school-boys' team to play Rata, Marton, Kimbolton, etc. because the Wanganui Union would not allow Turakina juniors to play under tha Rangitikei sub-union. Mr Duthie made a record in decisions in the match Feilding juniors v. Palmerston yesterday. He gave three tries at goal from a penalty kick. One was for a no-chargo intringement, but he does not know himself what 'tlie other was for. At last meeting of the Taranati Rugby Union, a letter was received from Tukapa and Star Clubs asking that the disqualification of the following players who took part in the professional matches be removed, viz., i Hardgrave, Johnston, Hooker, MeLean, Morris, Walsh, Frewin, Smith, /' O'Drisco'll, C. McLean, Haskell and/ Stroud. It was resolved to forward) the application to the N.Z. Rugby Union. /
