Commander Evangeline Booth, daughter of General Booth, who has her headquarters in New York, , announces that the Salvation Army is raising five million dollars (£1,000,---000) for a world-wide University ol Humanity. It will have for its purpose the training of workers in social service. Branches are proposed to be established in each of the fifty-four countries where the Army is working.
