MR R. MILSON DEAD.
TAKES HIS LAST SHELTER FROM A STORM. ( Mr Robert Milson, farmer, of Milson's Lino, dropped dead at his farm on Saturday. Mr Milson was engaged - in chopping wood with an employee i named Stanley Print, when a shower s of rain caused both to take shelter in r some neighbouring scrub, Print being ° «i»parated by about a chain from I where his employer stood. When the rain was over Print went back to his I work, but as Mr Milson didn't appear he went to look for him, and found him lying on the ground quite dead. j The late Mr Milson was 74 years of age and had resided in the district [ for the past 37 years. He took little part in public affairs, devoting himself to his farm work and his family. Some years ago he met with an acci- ' dent from the effects of which he has [ never really recovered and that, combined with the weakness of old age, caused his death. He leaves a widow f and a married daughter, Mrs Link--1 later, of Colyton. A sister is Mrs T. 1 Parkins, of Milson's Line. ' An inquest was held yesterday by Captain Mowlern, and a verdict of ■ death from natnral causes was return--1 cd.
