BOROUGH OF FEILDING. i I I NOTICE is hereby given that the Council of the Borough of Feilding propose to raise a Special Loan as hereinafter set forth: (1) That for the purpose of paying the Council's share of ; cost of construction of Low-, er Gorge Bridge in terms of Governor's warrant, duly gazetted the 26th day of April, 1906, the Council of the Bor- , ough of Feilding raise a Spe- i cial Loan of Four Hundred] and' Twenty-five Pounds. (2). The Security for such Loan and the interest therefor shall be a Special Bate of one-seventieth of a penny in the pound upon the rateable value of all rateable property of the Borough of Feilding and the said Loan to be for a period of fortyone years. ' (3). That the said Loan shall be raised under the provisions of "The Public Works Act, 1908," and "The Local Bodies Loans Act, 1908." (4). NOTICE is hereby given that a meeting of the Council of the Borough of Feilding will be held at the Council Chambers, Feilding, on , the 4th day of March, 2909, vb 7.90 ! o'clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of confirming a resolution • (to operate as a Special Order) passed at a Special Meeting of the said Council, held on the 26th day of January, 1909, and which resolution is in the words and figures following, that is to say: — In pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by "The Local Bodies Loans Act, 1908," the Council of the Borough of Feilding Hereby resolves as follows: — That for the purpose of providing the interest and other charges on a Loan of £425 authorised to be raised by the Council of the Borough of Feilding under the abovementioned Act for paying the Council's share of cost of construction of Lower Gorge Bridge in terms of Governor's Warrant, duly gazetted on the 26th day of April, 1906, the said Council of the Borough of Feilding hereby makes and levies a Special Rate of one-seventieth of a penny in the Pound upon the rateable value of all rateable property of the Borough of Feilding, and that 6uch Special Rate shall be an annually recurring rate during the currency of such Loan, and be payable yearly on the first day in April in each and every year during the currency of such Loan, being a period of forty-one years, or until the Loan is fully paid off Dated at Feilding, this 26th day of January, 1909.
