CHELTEN- CLUB. The annual meeting of the Cheflten■feam Rifle Club was held on Saturday. Captain Barrow was in the chair. The balance-sheet showed a credit balance of £9 2s 3d. - The following officers were elected : Patron, Mr J. R-. Johnston;, president, Mr J.
