The purpose for which tho said Loan is to be raised is for the construction of Swimming Baths, Caretaker's Cottage, and the purchaso of necessary land for same, the erection of Public Urinals, and Improving the Entrances to the Town. 2. The sum proposed to bo borrowed for sucli purposo is £2250. 3. Tho Security for such Loan and the interest therefor shall be a Special Rate of Three ThirtySeconds of a penny in tho pound upon tho Rateable Value of all Rateable property of Borough of Feilding, and the said Loan to be for a period of 25 years. 4.
