[PER PBE3B ASSOCIATION.] Napier, March 30. In the final of the pairs games of the Carnival Bowling Tournament Bull and Gates 22 boat Dean and Tabuteau 17. ■ It is a coincidence that*D. A. Millar (who played in the winning rink —St. John's— in the rink tournament), W. J. Tabuteau (who skipped the winning rink for the Citizens' matches), and W. C. Yates (who played in the winning rink of the Pairs matches) were all schoolmasters at the Napier Grammar School in the early days.
