BOROUGH OF FEILDING. NOTICE is hereby given that th« Council of the Borough of Feilding propose to raise a Special Loan as hereinafter set forth: — 1. The purpose for which the said Loan is to be raised is the extension of the present Sewerage System, and the «xtension of the Surface Drainage System, by construction- of Concrete Korbing and Channelling in various Streets, within the Borough of Feilding. 2. The sum proposed to be borrowed for such purpose is £15,000. 3. The Security for such Loan and the interest therefor shall be a Special Rate of Fifteen ThirtySeconds of a Penny in the pound upon the rateable value of all rateable property of the Borough of Feilding, and the said Loan to be for a period of forty-one years. i. That the said Loan shall bo raised under the provisions of " The Local Bodies' Loans Act, 1901," and Amendments thereof, and "The Public Health Act, 1900." 5.
