PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS PREPARING. The Secretary of the Feeding Chamber of Commerce (Mr S. W. Fitzherbert) 'has received an answer from tho Minister of Justice (Hon. J. McGowan) regarding the application of the Chamber for the erection of a Courthouse suitable to the aieeds of Foilding. The Minister has replied that p'l&ns and specifications for the new building are already in hand. This is satisfactory news, and it will be still more satisfactory if tho Government decides to erect the building in brick, so as to make it in keeping with tho developments of the town, and also make it worthy of tho Department which it will represent.
