(Received March 23, 10.4 a.m.) Sydney, March 22. The Newcastle Miners' Committee of Management passed drastic resolutions, to enforce discipline within the ranks of the miners. The Miners' Federation, as a result, expected that the committee would now be able to fix a guararitee asked for by. the President of the Special Coal Court, namely, that a further cessation or work shall not occur during the sittings of the Court. The Pelawmain strikers have resumed work, unconditionally.
