BOROUGH OF FEILDING. NOTICE is hereby given that th Council of the Borough c Feilding propose to raise a Specis Loan as hereinafter set forth: — 1. The purpose for which the sai Loan is to be raised ia the ex tension of the present Sewerag System, and the extension c the Surface Drainage Systen by construction of Concret Kerbing and Channelling i variou» Streets, within th Borough of Feilding. 2. The sum proposed to be borrow ed for such purpose is £15,000. 3. The Security for such Loan an the interest therefor shall be Special Rate of Fifteen Thirtj Seconds of a Penny in th pound upon the rateable valu of all rateable property of th< Borough of Feilding, and th said Loan to be for a period o forty-one years. 4. That the said Loan shall b raised under the provisions o "The Local Bodies' Loans Act 1901," and Amendment* there of, and "The Public Healtl Act, 1900." 5.
