It seems that the men are of European extraction, mostly Bulgarians, being induced by some person or persons to emigrate to New Zealand. ,_.... As far as can be ascertained they had been shipped by German ir French linos of steamers, but as they were unable to pass the test the shipping companies refused to carry then on to the dominion. They havo left here, but more #ire expected within tho next few months. Mr Wade Ims placed tho tacts before Mr Deakih (Federal Premier).
