SECOND READINGS. The Attorney-General moved the second reading o.f the Costley Training Institution Act Amendment Bill, to amend the machinery of the law under which the Trust is carried out and to give power to increase the number of trustees from three to five. The second reading was agreed to. The Council rose at 4.35.
