ON 17th June, the usual 12.35 p.m. train Palmerston North to Wanganui will leave Halcombe 2.40 p.m. On 19th and 20th June passenger trains will leave Feilding 10.15 a.m. arriving Palmerston 10.50 a.m., returning from Palmerston 4.30 p.m. for Feilding. On these dates holiday excursion tickets for Pelmerston will not be issued at Feilding for ordinary train leaving there 10.35 a.m. nor will return half of tickets issued at Feilding be available by the ordinary 4.50 p.m. train for Palmerston. Passengers from Feilding and intermediate stations on these dates should use the above special train instead of the ordinary, morning and evening trains between Feilding and Palmerston. HOLIDA V EXCURSION TICKETS available for return till 9th July will be issued to Palmerston from any station on Wellington-Na-pier-New Plymouth section on 17th, 18th, 19th and 20th June, and from Wanganui, Taihape, Foxton and intermediate stations by morning train on 21sfc. On 17th June these excursion tickets will not be available from any stafion by the down mail train. From 18th to 22nd June inclusive the excursion tickets will not be available by the mail trains except for through passengers travelling between stations north of Aramoho and Palmerston.
