MR HOPPING'S DISPOSAL SALE.

' Mr Charles Hopping, the wellkuown Taikorea settler, having recently disposed of his farm to Mr F. W. Koberstein, has entrusted the sale of the whole of his live and dead . stock to the New Zealand Loan and . Mercantile Agency Co., Ltd., who will . sell on Wednesday, the 12th June, . at the Homestead, when everything . will be sold absolutely without re--5 serve. The sheep have all been carefully culled and are in first class order, and the auctioneers can recommend them very highly to any of their clients. Mr Hopping' s wellknown herd of dairy cows will also be offered, and as Mr Hopping is well known as one of the pioneers of the dairying industry in the Manawatu district, and has spared no time, trouble, or expense in getting together a first-class herd his cows will no doubt be keenly competed for. Included in his dairy stock will be the pure-bred Holstein bulls, and pure-bred Holstein cow that Mr HopEing imported from America recentr. There is also a number of young three-quarterbied Holstein heifers, and the purchaser, of these should have the nucleus of one of the best dairy herds in the district. A number of horses are also being sold, including the draught stallion "Dollar Jock," which is so favourably known in the Rongotea, Carnarvon and Sandon districts. There will no doubt be keen competition for the pigs, as amongst these to be offered are 4 pure-bred Poland sows, and also Yorkshire and Devon sows and one Poland China boar, and 7 mixed Poland China young pigs. There is a considerable quantity of machinery to be sold, and that the bulk of it is - new should afford a splendid opportunity for those requiring (arm implements. The sale starts at 11 a.m. tbarp, and luncheon will be provided by Mr Hopping.
