TRAINING NOTES.
[P-0- PBBSS ASSOO-A--ON.] Auckland, May 28. The weather is fine, but the tracks are very heavy for training at EUerslie this morning. . Lord Seaton ran seven furlongs in lmin w sec. Haydn and Khama ran a couple of solid rounds. Bonomama and Silicia ran a strong round. Uenvku and Stromneßß together left seven furlongs behind in lmin 35sec. Kaitere jumped hurdles in cood style. After breakfast Omati covered six furlongs in lmin 21sec. Ben Jonson and Lady Hune were together at the end of a round in 2min 3sec. Waipuna and Rauparaha did a similar journey in the same time. Catch'em and Geordie took 2min Ssec for a round. Curagno and Soultfish did a round of hurdles, both fencing profioiently. Leopold, Lady Lanta and Yolette jumped the big fences, the latter falling at the wall; the two former only gave a moderate display. Moulton and Tangliefoot jumped # thTee hurdles and the big fences in the centre of the oourse. The latter fell at the sod wall, but was afterwards re-mounted and fenced well.
