The Referees Association considered the' letter sent by the Rugby Union oomplaining of the refereering in the Dunedin-'Varsity match, and unanimously resolved that the Rugby Union be asked to call upon the university Club for the withdrawal of the club's letter, and at the same time demand a written apology to the referee (H. White), and* to the committee of the Association ; failing such apology being made, the Association wil Ideoline to appoint referees for future matches played by the University Club.
