PROFIT-SHARING.
[PEB PBBSS ASSOCIATION.] Wellington, May 16. Speaking at the Trades Hall tonight after a lecture on Socialism, Mr E. Tregear, Secretary for Labor, said the Arbitration Aot must not be abandoned, but improved. Why not begin amending by giving the Court power to introduce the profit sharing element? The Act was a good one though the administration was bad, and they must stand by it till it became unworkable, and then get something better.
