The National Executive of the National Council resolved that the Irish Council Bill was an insult to the Irish nation, and calls upon the Irish members to withdraw from Parliament, return to Dublin, and form an Assembly whioh would claim representation at the Hague and {ress for settlement by the International Court of Arbitration of the lispute between Ireland and England.
