Messrs Abraham and Williams report on their Johnsonville sale as follows :-^There was a full yarding of bullocks, the quality ranging from rough bullocks of fair quality to light unfinished steers. Beef made 21s per lOOIbs; best bullocks £8 2s 6d to £8 17s 6d, others" £7 10s to £8, light £7 2s 6d. There was a good yarding of sheep, including some extra prime heavy wethers. The market was brisk throughout. Extra wethers fetched 18s lid to 23s 6d, prime wethers 18s lid, others 17s 7d to 18s 6d, heavy ewes 17s 11s, others 15s 3d to 16s Bd, store ewes 11s lOd. i
