Feilding Gas & Plumbing Company, Ltd., EXTRAORDINARY NOTICE to GAS CONSUMERS. y THE COMPANY have decided to REDUCE THE PRICE OF GAS allround, as follows: — For lighting, heating and cooking,4d per 1000 ft, and for power purposes, gas engines, etc., Is 2d per 1000 ft. The following are the nett cash prices, if paid before the 15th of the month : — For lighting, 10s 6d per 1000 j for heating, cooking, and power purposes, 7s 2d per 1000. The gross amount will be charged on all acounts not paid by the 15th of the month, and in no instance will there be any alteration from . this rule. Reductions to take effect from March Ist, 1907. We have on hand a great variety of Gas Pendants, Burners, Globes, Mantles, and Chimneys, etc., all of the latest designs, and the best goods on the market of their respective kinds, which we are prepared to sell and fit up for consumers at COST PRICE. So as to induce the consumption of Gas through the day, We are stocking a huge number of Gas Irons, Breakfast Grillers and Boiling Rings, which we will practically give away to consumers. To bring this Company into line with other companies in large centres, we are expecting shortly a consignment of Up-to-date Gas Cookers, and we intend to sell these at cost, and fit them up in consumers' premises within the gas area FREE OF COST, or we shall hire them out from 2s to 3s per month, and still fit them up FREE OF COST. If the consumer should desire to purchase after 2 months' use, we will deduct the money paid in ret.al from the purchase money. Early application is necessary for these Cookers, as they will be fitted up and connected in priority of application. TO SHOPKEEPERS. We are prepared to attend and clean outside arc lamps for the same terms as charged by the Wellington Gas Coy., viz., Is per lamp per month. Application for new work, alterations, or complaints, made at the Company 7 B Office, Kimbolton road, will be promptly attended to.
