A fatal accident occurred at Mangf.mahoe on Saturday morning, in which a man named William Bowman lost his life. Bowman, who was engaged in blasting a log, which had fallen across a creek about a mile above the Mangamahoe Railway Station, when the charge of gelatine, which he was using, went off suddenly and Bowman received the full force of the explosion. $ Tbe unfortunate man was terribly injured.
