Competitors are requested to send Postal Notes, not Stamps Nominations must be accompanied with a statement of the last two years' performances, also dates and localities for same. Each competitor must state bis handicap and position at finish of race, otherwise be will be liable to disqualification. Any competitor found guilty of sending in false performances, running nnder an assumed name, or practising fraud shall be disqualified for life. The Committee reserves tbo right to require any competitor, either before or after the event, to maJse a declaration as to his identity and the correctness of his description of bis performances. The Committee may disqualify any competitor either before or after any event, who shall refuse to make the required declaration, and he shall not be entitled to claim any prize.
