Four regiments in the Kazan district and others at Kielce have mutinied. The garrison at Odessa is largely composed of reservists, who demand their immediate discharge and ten pounds each. Many soldiers in Moscow attended a revolutionary meeting, fraternising with and accompanying the workmen's processions.
