' In discussing the proposal to hold r fat stock sales in Feilding, Mr W T ,' Bowater read communications from ,' various leading 'firms stating that they would be willing to send buyers y to the sales when possible. It was proposed that Messrs Wheeler, McLennan, and Jackson be a committee set up to arrange for a 3. fat stock sale to be held here at an I early date and to bring forward conl£ sign tnents to the sale. Also that "_ subject to satisfactory arrangement! being made that the first sale takes place on the ordinary stock sale day. ; Further that the commission be 2£ * per cent. ( f A management committee was set j up for the rooms in Feilding. It was decided to write to various branches , asking them to appoiot a delegate to act on the management committee.
