A POLITICAL CRISIS

British Cabinet Resigns Telegraph I'refl-i Association Cou\n*nl London, Dec. 3. At a meeting of the Cabinet it was decided to resign. It is expected Sir H. Campbell Bannerman will accept office and go to the country in January.
