The Crisis Beooming Greater.
Mutiny Spreading Among Sailors and Soldien. Russian Bourse Shaken. Received Nov 80, 7.43 a.m. St. Petersburg, Nov 29. Lieut. Schmidt who was recently cashiered owing to his revolutionary sympathies, commands the cruiser Otohokoff. It is feared in St. Petersburg that in the event of a conflict the Gov«rn> ment troops will be beaten. The Novoe Kraia alone reports that the revolt is collapsing. The other papers state that the battleships Trisviatitelift and Hostislav have joined the mutineers. General Linievitch has expelled 150 agitators from the army. The Post and Telegraph employes in Moscow have struck. The St Petersburg Bourse is terribly shaken by the events in Sevasto- | poi and the recrudesence of the labor orisis.
