The Riots Increasing.
Fires Raging in all Directions. One Dietriot Described as a Battlefield. Received Sept. 8, 8.52 a.m. St. Petersburg, Sept. 7* Five hundred oil towers, 40 be* longing to the Nobel Company, and many naptha stores at Baku are ablaze. The ricts are increasing, and the Czar has ordered a rigorous suppression. Troops have been sent to Baku from Tiflis, as the forces at Balakhang are insufficient to cope with the rioters. The conflagration still continues. The whole of the Elisabethpol region is described as a battlefield.
