SNOWSTORMS IN AUSTRALIA.
Telegraph Press Association. Copyright Sydney, September 6. The westerly storm continues and it is bitterly cold, the result of a heavy fall of snow on the table lands. The temperature is 40 8, registered at Sydney at noon, the lowest noon record since 1864. Scattered flakes of snow foil, a most unusual experience.
