Twenty- five rural sections remaining on the Flaxbourne estate, and the 24 allotments, were under offer this week, and the necessary balloting took place today. There were 86 applications for the small farm, and 19 of these sections were disposed of to Marlborough and Canterbury people. There were only live applications for town sections and five were disposed of, teaving 16 still in the market. • —
