n, _ At the Feilding Court this morning, before Messrs E. Goodbehere and F. F. Haggitt, J.'sP., a firstoffending drunk was fined ss, in default 24 hours' imprisonment. T. Ritchie and M. Tierney were each fined os, and costs 7s, in default 24 hours' imprisonment, for creating a disturbance in Hook's Denbigh Hotel on Saturday night. For riding a bicycle on the foot path in Fergusson Street, on 19th August, B. Fotier was fined ss, and costs 7s. A. Eade, for riding a bicycle on the footpath in the Square on 24 th August, was fined Is, and cost 3 7s.
