Hokotika, January 5. Showery weather prevailed during the second day's races of the WestRacing Club. The Premier and party were in attendance. Results :— Town Plate Handicap—Magnificent 1, Speculate 2, Petroline 8. Dividend, £2 19s. Telegraph Handicap— Hypnotist 1, Reikura 2, Sympathy 3. Dividends, £2 14s and £2 13s. Hurdles— Hotu 1, Tuturangi 2, Capture 8. Dividends, £3 12s and £2 6s. Hokitika Handicap— Magnificent 1, Cameo 2, Sanfoin 3. Time, 2min 18 2-ssec. Dividend, £6 9s. Trot— St. James 1, Micclebrook 2, Little Polly 3. Dividends, £4 15s and 17s. For the auction Handicap, Heiress walked over. Final Handicap — . Petroline 1, Hinerau 2, Single Event 3. Dividends, £3 4s and 14s.
