Telegraph. Press Association. Copyright Dunedin, November 23. The 23rd Annual Show of the Otago A.' and P. Association was commenced to day, when three of the classes were judgqd. The attendance was fair for the first day. The entries exceeded those of last year, especially in sheep, in which class. much interest was taken. This was especially the case with Merinoß, where the judge's decision at Chnptchurch, as between Messrs Watson-ShemHan and K Campbell and Sons wore reversed, as was the case also in some of the Eomney Marsh classes. The Championships were - Shorthorn bull, J. Gow; cow. F. Porbss; Polled Angus, Murray, Roberts and Co.,bnll and cow, Ayreahire, P. Ireland, bull and cow ; Jersey, F* Helleyer. Sheep — Fine combing Merino, Watson Shemnan ; ram and ewe, strong combing ram, Watson Shemnan ; ewe, John Eeid ; Border Leicester, Little Bros ; ram and ewe, English Leicester, A. Murdoch; lamb and ewe, Lincolns. New Zealand and Australian Land Company.
