Washington, Sept. 13 The rebels conquered the Isla Lunzo, with the exception of Manila. They hold 9000 prisoners. America is trying to induce the rebels to observe the armistice.
The Spanish gunboats at Viscas sank five rebel ships, and 100 seamen perished.
