Lease of an Important Outlet to Britain.
Telegraph. Press Association. Copyright London, Sept. 9. Reports from the Cape Colony state that the British Government bas leased Lorenzo Marquez, a Portuguese settle ment at Delagoa Bay, on tbe east coast of Af ica, whicb is tbe outlet of tbe eastern railway from the Transvaal.
