Turkey and Greece.
(Per Press Association.) London, September 9. The Standard states that neither Turkey nor Greece offers any opposition to Lord Salisbury's proposal for the joint control by the Powers of the Greek war and other loans and for the Turkish evacuation of Thessaly.
