Wellington Supreme Court.
(Per Press Association) , Wellington, March 8. G. Gardner and J. G. Power pleaded " guilty " to breaking into a Chinaman's shop and were remanded for sentenc*. Henry Holland was convicted of cansing bodily harm and was sentenced to five years' imprisonment. The Grand Jury found true bills in all the cases but Ktmbell's, including the charge of murder against Bosher. Edward McGlashan, a youth, pleaded guilty to burglary. He was remanded for the report of the probation officer. John Grigg was acquitted on the charge of stealing £7 from George Campbell. This Day. In the Supreme Court the prisoners convicted and remanded for sentence until this morning were fnrtber re* manded for the Probationer's report. Michael McNamara, convicted of threatening to break into a dwelling at Featherston was sentenced to two years.
