Evading the Customs.
(Per Press Association) Dunedin, January 28. Patrick Leith Ritchie, convicted of entering at the Customs nine bales of wrapping paper as cartridge paper with a view to evading duty, was fined LIOO, to be reduced to L 25 and costs, while the paper, valued at L6O, waa confiscated.
