The directors of the Jupiter Company have accepted an offer made by Messrs , Meyers and Pascoe, representatives of the African Austral syndicate for tho property. The directors of the Golden Fleece Company whose property adjoins the Talisman Extended, Jfarangahake, have accepf.ed an advantageous offer for the sale of the mine, subject to approval by the shareholders. i B.j?i?fTON, May 28. i St. Patrick's Hill Mining Company has been placed on the market in 24,000 shares.
